ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	PhD / Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	PhD, in Theory of the State and Comparative Political Institutions, Sapienza University of Rome, Italy. She is a Lecturer with an academic background in political science, European integration and public policy analysis. She holds four university degrees, including a Bachelor's degree, a Master of Science, a Professional Master's degree and a Doctorate. Her academic activity combines teaching, research and institutional engagement in the fields of European studies, governance and public policy.
POSITION	She currently holds the following academic and institutional positions: Lecturer and Coordinator at the Department of Governance, Political Science and Communication, Barleti University; Coordinator of the Albanian Institute of Public Affairs (AIPA).
CONTRIBUTIONS	The academic and professional contribution is focused on the analysis and interpretation of democratization and European integration processes in the Western Balkans, with particular emphasis on the case of Albania. Her research and academic activity combines a theoretical approach with public policy analysis and institutional frameworks, contributing to a deeper understanding of European Union enlargement policies and their impact on the democratic and constitutional transformation of countries in transition.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	She is actively engaged in academic and institutional activities related to European integration, democratization and civic participation, with a particular focus on young people. Her areas of developmental interest include strengthening capacities for democratic participation, raising awareness of European Union decision-making processes and promoting public policy analysis in the context of the Western Balkans.
