CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Assoc. Prof. Dr., University professor with a multidisciplinary background and over 20 years of experience in teaching and scientific research. He holds four university degrees and has built his academic activity on the combination of legal sciences, teaching and his practical activity as a lawyer.
POSITION	He has been a judge for a period of over 20 years, including 16 years as a judge at the Serious Crimes Court, currently a lawyer at the Tirana Bar Association and an external lecturer at several Universities at different times, including the University of Tirana.
CONTRIBUTIONS	Research engagement is focused on interdisciplinary applications in the legal field, with a sustainable contribution to scientific publications and the development of institutional research capacities. Author of over 25 national and international scientific publications and 7 textbooks.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	He is active in national and international academic and professional networks, contributing to the development of scientific research policies in the field of justice. Drafter and participant in several projects related to the drafting of legislation in the field of justice, including amendments to the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Codes, as well as in the organic laws of the Justice Reform.
