ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	MSc. / Assistant Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Anila Galanxhi Papa graduated in 1994 from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana. In 2000, she was licensed as a lawyer by the National Bar Association. She holds two university degrees in the field of law.
POSITION	Director of Human Resources at Barleti University, and Academic Staff at the Department of Justice since October 2021.
CONTRIBUTIONS	Research engagement is focused on a sustainable contribution with scientific publications and development of institutional research capacities. Part of numerous trainings: Preventing and combating organized crime, trafficking, corruption and other criminal offenses; criminal offenses in the field of economic crime and corruption; prevention and fight against trafficking, etc.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	She is active in academic and professional networks, as well as a member of the National Chamber of Advocates. She started her career as an assistant judge at the Vlora Judicial District Court, where she successfully covered the trial of civil, criminal, and administrative cases. For 25 years, she has served as a prosecutor at the Tirana and Vlora Judicial District Prosecutor's Office, where she has handled many cases.
