Focus: new models of innovation, innovation in SMEs, the role of governance, and innovation measurement. Jan 2013–Feb 2013 — University of Mannheim, Germany PhD-related research (University of Worms & Mannheim) in Entrepreneurship and Innovation; scholarship/academic support (DAAD). 2010–2012 — Cracow School of Economics, Poland Master’s in Finance & Accounting; specialization: Corporate and Retail Banking. Feb 2010–Jul 2010 — Warsaw School of Economics, Poland Certificate in Negotiations (commercial negotiations, diplomatic protocol, public speaking). 2006–2007 — Lodz University – Polish Language Institute for Foreigners, Poland Polish language qualification. 2005–2009 — University of Tirana, Faculty of Economics Bachelor’s in Management; degree obtained with high results.
