Prof. Dr. Naim Meçalla, with a university degree in legal sciences and over 20 years of experience in teaching, scientific research and academic direction. Holds 2 university degrees, "Law" Degree and Doctorate Degree in Criminal Sciences, University of Tirana, built his academic activity on the combination of legal sciences in the criminal and constitutional.
