ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	MSc. / Assistant Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Master of Science, Candidate Doctor of Science, with a multidisciplinary background with about 15 years of professional legal/advocacy experience and over 5 years of teaching experience. He holds three university degrees and has built his academic and professional activity in the combination of civil, criminal, administrative/public, economic/commercial, environmental, and international law.
POSITION	He has held and continues to hold academic and professional roles, including: Department Member, Lecturer, University Lawyer/Legal Advisor, etc.
CONTRIBUTIONS	Current research engagement is focused on environmental law - the implementation of the Aarhus Convention in Albania.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	He is active in national and international academic and professional networks, contributing to the development of efficient governance policies, in accordance with the legal principles of responsibility and accountability. Drafter and manager of the legal framework in the establishment of new institutions, legal consultancy at IOM-United Nations, as well as participant in development projects with local and foreign donors.
