CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elizabeta Imeraj is a lecturer, researcher and academic leader with a consolidated legal background and multidimensional experience in the field of justice, higher education and the rule of law. She currently holds the position of Head of the Department of Law at the Faculty of Economics, Governance and Law, University of Business and Administration, Barleti University.
POSITION	Head of the Department of Justice, where she exercises academic and administrative leadership functions in the organization, coordination and development of study programs in the field of justice. Significant contribution to the design and implementation of academic strategies, improving the quality of teaching, guaranteeing accreditation standards, as well as strengthening the connection between university education, scientific research and professional practice. Criminal Law Professor since 2016, where she is engaged in teaching in Bachelor and Master cycles. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elizabeta Imeraj has developed academic and professional experience in France, and has been engaged in teaching activities in various fields of law.
CONTRIBUTIONS	The research commitment of Prof. Assoc. Dr. Elizabeta Imeraj is focused on legal sciences, with a focus on the theoretical and practical analysis of legal institutions and the rule of law. She has made a sustainable and documented contribution to legal research, both at the national and international levels, influencing the enrichment of academic debate and the development of contemporary legal thought. She is the author of 26 scientific publications, published in national and international journals and scientific conferences, as well as the author of books in the field of legal studies, used as academic and professional references. Her scientific contributions are notable for their analytical approach, structured methodology and the continuous connection between legal theory and institutional practice. She has exercised and exercises the role of supervisor of doctoral dissertations, directly contributing to the formation of new researchers in the field of legal sciences.
