ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	Dr. / Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	PhD Lecture in Economic Sciences with profile in Finance, with comprehensive international academic background and over 15 years of consolidated teaching experience in higher education. Her academic background is complemented by active engagement in scientific research, quality assurance in higher education, and advanced expertise in corporate finance and financial management. She holds three university degrees, and her academic activity is based on a interdisciplinary approach, built upon the integration of financial sciences with financial management, public governance, risk-based performance auditing and financial technologies. This approach enables an analytical treatment of issues related to the functioning of financial institutions, risk management, financial decision-making, and institutional performance evaluation.
POSITION	Full-time lecturer at the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Finance, and Coordinator of this Department. In addition to her academic and administrative responsibilities, she has an active role in ensuring the quality of higher education, serving as a member of the University “Barleti” Quality Assurance Group and as an external evaluation expert for the Accreditation Board at ASCAL. She also coordinates research activities and academic programs, including doctoral programs at the University “Barleti”.
CONTRIBUTIONS	Ph.D. Banushi has an extensive scientific record, demonstrated through a broad range of research activities, including the publication of numerous scientific articles in indexed international journals, including Scopus-indexed journals, and regular participation in national and international scientific conferences. Her works focus particularly on public institutions performance, good governance, performance auditing, transparency and financial policies, contributing to academic and institutional debate in Albania, the Western Balkans and beyond. Author of 8 scientific publications and 6 scientific conferences.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	She is active in national academic and professional networks, contributing to the development of institutional capacities, improving institutional performance and the sustainable development of the economic and educational system.
